Eric Joined Vistia Capital in 2020 as an Associate Regional Vice President after 15 successful years leading sales teams and developing business opportunities for Cintas and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. An endless reserve of energy and enthusiasm and the perspective to always keep his client’s best interests at heart when exploring options in alternative real estate investments remain the keys to his success.
A skilled negotiator, Eric has extensive expertise in cross-functional sales training, leadership development, talent acquisition, multi-site management, and strategic planning and execution. Eric has delivered expert-level results in growth, sales, and retention throughout his career through outstanding customer service and high-level operational experience.
Eric attended the University of Wyoming, graduated with a BS in Inorganic Chemistry, and conducted Master’s studies in Atmospheric Science. When he’s not making new connections, Eric enjoys spending time with his kids, watching ice hockey, and hiking some of Colorado’s highest peaks.
