After graduating from Brigham Young University in 2007 with a BS in Economics, Pablo started his career with Cintas Corporation in Salt Lake City. Pablo enjoyed great success during his 13 years with Cintas, rising through the organization faster than his peers. During his time at Cintas, he held the positions of management trainee, sales representative, plant manager, operations manager, general manager, and regional operations director for the western United States.
Over the course of his career, Pablo has specialized in corporate compliance, overseeing safety and environmental, OSHA, HR, and financial compliance to include all Sarbanes Oxley regulations. During his tenure at Cintas, and oversight of over 15 operations, Pablo’s attention to detail resulted in outstanding compliance scores in all internal and external audits.
As Vistia’s Chief Operating Officer, Pablo manages the firm’s day-to-day operations and business development. He holds his FINRA Series 24, 63, and 82 licenses.
